- Wild symbol: Tackle boxes are wild. They stand in all pay symbols and pay out 20x, 50x, and 200x the bet for two, three, or five instances on a line.
- Scatter symbols: Free Spins Scatter symbols land on reels 1, 3, and 5.
- Cash symbols: Fish symbols carry cash values ranging from 0.2x to 50x the bet.
- Collect symbol: The happy fisherman is the collect symbol.

- Bonus Spins: Landing a shell overlay token gives you a chance to trigger this feature. Start off with a round of three bonus spins in which fish symbols and Mini, Midi, Maxi, and Mega prize symbols can appear. Any time they do, the re-spin count is set back to three. Fish symbols are held in place, and prize symbols are collected at their respective meters. The first two collected prize symbols are removed from the reels, and the third symbol is held in place on the reels.
