Premier Blackjack with Buster Blackjack™ is currently available on our Jackpot City mobile app and site.
Game Rules & Strategy
Premier Blackjack with Buster Blackjack™ is a standard blackjack game that requires the player to get a hand worth 21 or less. The standard basic blackjack card rules apply in this game. There are three ways how a player can succeed in this game:
- The player must have a hand of 21 or less that is also worth more than what the dealer has.
- The dealer could also bust by going over 21 while the player stays at 21 or under.
- The Buster Blackjack™ side bet offers a bonus if the dealer busts and the player does not bust.
The game requires the player to see how the dealer’s cards work. The deal has a greater chance of busting if its first card is a 4, 5, or 6. The odds of the dealer busting aren’t as high if the dealer has a 10-value card, ace, or 9.
The Buster Blackjack™ side game is a feature where you can place a separate bet saying the dealer will bust. To make this work, you must complete your hand without busting. The dealer will reveal one’s cards afterward.
The lowest payout on the Buster Blackjack™ game is 2:1 for cases where the dealer busts with three or four cards. The total rises to 4:1 for five cards, 18:1 for six cards, 50:1 for seven, and 250:1 for eight. The highest payouts are for cases where you have a blackjack and the dealer busts with seven or eight cards. The eight-card payout is 2000:1, and the seven-card value is 800:1.

Blackjack Guide
- Basic Variations: The dealer stands on all 17s. The dealer also peeks on 10-value cards and aces to see if the dealer has a blackjack.
- Number of Decks: There are eight decks in this game.
- When to Hit or Stand: You can hit or stand at any point in the game, while the dealer must stand at 17 or higher.
- When to Double: You can double down on two cards at the start. You can also double down on two cards immediately after a split.
- Hard Totals: You can hit or stand when you have a hard total, but the odds of you busting is prevalent because you don’t have an ace.
- Soft Totals: You can hit or stand when you have an ace, as you will not be at risk of busting if you have a soft total. But the total value of your hand could drop if you have a card that isn’t a 10-value one.
- When to Surrender: Surrendering is unavailable in this game.
Betting Expert Techniques
- You can use a few blackjack basic strategy points when playing Premier Blackjack with Buster Blackjack™. First, you can double down your cards at the start. You can do this with either your first two cards or any of the two pairs of cards you receive following a split. Doubling down is appealing for a 9, 10, or 11, as a hit might give you something close to a 21. But be aware of the dealer’s face-up card and whether that dealer might bust.
- You could also split your cards at the start to get two separate hands worth the same amount. You can split once in this game if you have two of the same card. You can hit or stand on each hand, but you must stand if you split two aces. Also, you cannot split two 10-value cards that aren’t alike.
- For cases where you get a 21 on a split, it will count as a 21 and not as a blackjack. Therefore, you will receive a standard payout and not a 3:2 one.
- The next of the blackjack tips to review when playing involves reviewing the potential for a dealer to reach 21. You could consider an insurance bet that pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack. But this is an optional bet, and there’s a close to fifty-fifty chance the dealer will have a blackjack.
